Emerging Management Skills for Supervisors and Leaders–EMSSL 2018

Good Supervisors/Leaders are the backbone of every organization. Supervisors manage the day-to-day operations of the workplace and ensure both production and quality. The decisions they make while doing this affect not only their specific work areas, but also other areas of the business as per the organization needs.  Supervisors have three quite distinct roles such as an operational role, a leadership role, a communication role. These three roles need to be performed simultaneously within the organization. An effective supervisor is able to create win-win situations where everybody is happy. To meet the competitive advantages this training course has been developed to build the core skills needed in the workplace. The program has also been offering participants an opportunity to review and expand their repertoire of supervision skills and gain a greater understanding and awareness of their role and responsibilities.
